Wash and clean the chicken pieces and cut into cubes.
Marinate the cubed chicken pieces with cornstarch,soya sauceand pepper powder.Keep this aside for minimum 30 mins.
Heat oil in vok and deep fry these chicken pieces and keep aside.
In the same vok heat oil in high flame.
Saute garlic in oil until it become fragant then add scallions,capsicum and onions.
Now add the soya sauce,oyster sauce and sugar and stir the mix well.
Now add the dissolved cornstarch to this mix and stir well until the mixture begins to thicken.
Now add the fried pieces to this mix and stir well.
Remove from heat and garnish it with some chopped spring onions.
Serve hot
NOTES:Tastes yummy if serve with any fried rices or noodles.
